In my area, there are many Internet cafes. More than ten Internet cafes are spread in every road at my area. Most of Internet cafes provide same facilities such as browsing, gaming online, e-mailing, printing, scanning, and so on. But the most diffrence between one internet cafe and others are network factors and user satisfaction.
At common internet cafe, usually installed simple network topograph. But, only network topograph is not enough to make the internet cafe perfoms better. The network mus be configure to get a balance bandwidth between server and several clients. In computer networking, bandwidth means various bit-rate measures, representing the available or consumed data communication resources expressed in bits per second or multiples of it. So, if the banwidth on that topograph are balance, the Internet cafe will perform well and the users will be satisfied.
Other factors is user satisfaction. The visitors or users can be satisfy if the Internet cafe provide the facilities to improve the satisfaction. Such as high speed connection, border between smoking and non smoking area, food and beverage service, night service (only for gamers who addicted of game online), and so on. In the end, The internet cafe will be satisfy by the people who came in if those factors can be implemented.
